Terms of Service
This page is the agreement between you and Viralr. Written in plain English, not lawyerese. The same Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy apply across the founder suite (viralr.dev, networkr.dev, outboxr.dev), all operated by Heimlandr (Sweden). If anything is unclear, reach us at heimlandr.io.
1. Accepting these terms
By registering a site with Viralr, running npx viralr init, or using our API, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Standards. Because the suite shares one backend, the same agreement applies to networkr and outboxr surfaces you may opt into. If you disagree with any of these, do not use the service.
If you're using Viralr on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Who we are
Viralr is operated by Heimlandr, registered in Sweden. "We", "us", and "Viralr" in these terms mean the same legal entity. "You" means the person or organisation using the service.
3. What Viralr does
Viralr generates platform-native social posts (threads, single posts, short-form clips) and paid-ad creative, schedules them into peak-engagement windows per audience, and tracks the signals that come back. It runs on the same engine that powers networkr.dev (SEO + content) and outboxr.dev (email + outreach). The full feature set is described at /how-it-works and enforced per the Standards.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must not be on any sanctions list or in a country where providing the service to you is illegal for us.
5. Your account and API keys
5.1 Tenant keys
When you register a site, we mint a tenant API key scoped to that network. The raw key is shown once in the mint response and never again. We store only a SHA-256 hash. You are responsible for securing the raw key. If you suspect it has been exposed, revoke it and mint a new one immediately.
5.2 Platform tokens
OAuth tokens for X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and Google Ads are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). You can revoke any platform from the platform's own permissions page at any time; revocation propagates to Viralr.
5.3 Responsibility for actions
Any post, thread, clip, or ad creative published via a valid key is attributed to the corresponding site. Any paid-ad spend is charged through your connected ad-platform billing, not through Viralr. We log all key events (mint, revoke, auth failure) in our audit trail.
6. Fees and billing
6.1 Free tier
The free tier (1 post per week per site, unlimited sites, full voice and shape engine) requires no payment information and has no expiry. See /pricing for the current feature list.
6.2 Pro tier
The Pro tier is billed monthly via Stripe at the per-site price shown at /pricing. One subscription covers the whole suite. When you pay for Viralr Pro, the same account gets Pro on networkr.dev (SEO) and outboxr.dev (email) at no extra cost. Pricing is degressive: the per-site rate drops as you add sites. Current rates at the time of signup apply to each billing cycle; price changes affect only future cycles and are announced at least 30 days in advance.
6.3 Billing hub
All billing runs through networkr.dev, the hub of the suite. Stripe customer IDs and invoices live there. You can view invoices at networkr.dev/billing.
6.4 Ad spend
If you opt into viralr-ads, the Viralr subscription covers the engine that generates, rotates, and reports on ad creative. The actual ad spend is charged directly by the ad platform (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Google) to the billing instrument you registered with that platform. Viralr never takes custody of your ad budget.
6.5 Taxes
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where legally required.
6.6 Cancellation
Cancel anytime via npx viralr disconnect. Pro features cease at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds, except where required by consumer-protection law.
7. Acceptable use
What you may and may not publish through Viralr, how we enforce it, and how to appeal, is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. That policy is part of this agreement. Violations may result in quarantine or permanent removal, with the timeline described there.
8. Your content
8.1 You own it
Every post, thread, clip, and ad creative published through Viralr belongs to you. Viralr claims no ownership over your content.
8.2 The license you grant us
To provide the service, you grant Viralr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to: (a) schedule, host, and deliver the content to the platforms you chose, (b) process it to shape, reshape, and dedupe across the suite, (c) display excerpts in your own account's history and exports, and (d) include it in transparency and lineage pages. This license ends when you delete the content or disconnect the site.
8.3 Responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring the content you publish through your connected accounts (including content generated by Viralr that you choose to keep) complies with applicable laws, the posting platforms' own terms, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
8.4 AI-generated content
Viralr generates content using large language models. We run the quality gates described in our Standards, but we cannot guarantee every generated claim is factually correct, uniquely original, or legally safe to publish in every jurisdiction. You are the publisher. Review outputs before trusting them in high-stakes contexts, and ensure AI-disclosure where any connected platform requires it.
8.5 Paid-ad claims
If you run viralr-ads, you are responsible for ensuring ad claims comply with the advertising standards of the ad platform and the jurisdiction you target. Viralr's quality gates block obvious policy violations, but you remain the advertiser of record.
9. Our intellectual property
The Viralr software, brand, the viralr.dev site content, the Standards, and all related IP are owned by Heimlandr and licensed to you for use of the service only. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or rebrand the service without written permission.
10. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no specific uptime guarantee on free or Pro tiers. Scheduled maintenance is communicated via the status channel. Enterprise SLA terms, when available, will be offered in a separate written agreement.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that posts generated will achieve any specific engagement, follower growth, conversion rate, or ad performance.
Consumer rights under EU/EEA or equivalent law are not waived by this section. Where a warranty cannot legally be disclaimed, it applies only to the minimum extent required.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, follower count, engagement rate, ad spend, or data.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
These limits apply regardless of legal theory (contract, tort, statute) and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Heimlandr against any third-party claim arising from: (a) your content, (b) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or (c) your violation of applicable law. We will notify you promptly of any covered claim and cooperate in defense.
14. Termination
14.1 By you
Run npx viralr disconnect or call DELETE /api/sites/:id. Your data is deleted per the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
14.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for: serious or repeated violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, failure to pay, or legal compulsion. For non-urgent reasons we provide 30 days' notice. On termination, sections 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section waives your statutory consumer rights.
16. Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced by email to active tenants at least 14 days before taking effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The version identifier and date at the top of this page is the source of truth. The same terms are mirrored on networkr.dev/terms and outboxr.dev/terms; all three update together.
17. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
